I Just Need To Talk To You Right Now
by Kimberly Ang
There are so many things I want to say, so many ways to say it, so many ways for it to come out wrong.
I long to say words that will relieve the ache in my chest, stories that will heal wrongs. I want to tell you how sorry I feel that everything I touch seems to crumble into dust, that whatever I do never seems to turn out right. Maybe it isn’t you and I, maybe it’s just me.
I want a hug that rights all wrongs, oh I long for an embrace that just pulls me in and warms the deep the of my soul. Let me know we are okay. Fill me with certainty what we will come out of this better than before.
